The Center for Digital Media is a development project by Delphi Real Estate Advisors. Delphi has been an innovator in industry-specific developments for over 30 years. Our successes have left a lasting footprint in New York and other
metropolitan areas.

We have had four great ideas:
I)In 1984 we came up with the idea of creating a dual/backup site for the Stock Exchange.
-Four years later we broke ground on MetroTech.
II)In 1993 we had an idea to create a home for the new media industry in New York
- Three years later we cut the ribbon on The New York Information Technology Center;
NYITC @ 55 Broad Street.

III) In 1996, from the success of the NYITC, we devised the Plug ‘n' Go space.
- The program gave a home to over 300 emerging companies in 13 lower Manhattan buildings comprising over 750,000 square feet.
IV) In 2009 we recognize the time is right to do it again...
This time, building from the lessons learned in the past,
we will do it faster, bigger and better!
